BayOne began with a calling — to bring world-class swim education home to Penang. BayOne Swim School was founded by ex-national swimmers Zhi Qian and Chan Hao, who returned to Penang in 2020 with a mission: to build more than swimmers — to shape confident, future-ready children through water.
In 2021, Penang-born Yunn Fu, an ex-state swimmer, joined as co-founder, grounding BayOne with local heart and vision. By 2024, national swimmer Zheng Yang added his expertise in finance and operations, paving the way for expansion.
Today, BayOne is more than a swim school. It’s a trusted team of educators, united by a shared purpose: nurturing water-safe, resilient kids in a space built for growth — with indoor heated pools, structured learning, and a whole lot of heart. BayOne Swim School — The Club of Future Excellence.
